Nbyula, an AI-native brand transforming global talent mobility, seeks an Academic Counsellor to guide students from inquiry to enrollment for master’s abroad. You’ll counsel, present programs, and close admissions onsite in Bengaluru, 6 days a week.
1–3 years in academic/admissions counselling or edtech sales qualifies you. We value effort and results over pedigree, with compensation reflecting performance.
Nbyula is an AI-native brand supercharging global talent mobility. As a certified deep-tech research organisation officially backed by the German Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space, we are building the world's fastest-growing agentic platform, breaking down borders so nbyula users and professionals can study, train and work anywhere in the world.
And we are moving at breakneck speed. We've driven $14.6M+ in GMV (67X YoY growth). With 2.5M+ website visits, 700k+ total users, and our proprietary, government-validated AI agents sending over 800k+ messages with a <3 Second response time, we've cracked the code. Our ecosystem operates at an incredible customer acquisition and tech ops cost per user. We handle the full journey, and we need elite operators who are ready to scale with us.
Around 2,000 students sign up with us every month to plan their master's abroad, and we're building the outbound team that actually guides them from "thinking about it" to enrolled. If you've counselled students or professionals into a paid programme before — and you like that the number on your payslip moves with how many you close — read on.
You’ll be counselling and closing.
We're especially keen to hear from you if you've been an academic / admissions counsellor at an edtech (upGrad, Simplilearn, Scaler, PhysicsWallah, Unacademy and the like) or a study-abroad firm (Leap, Yocket, IDP, AECC and similar). But we don't screen on where you counselled — we screen on how hard you worked and how much you closed.
