• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
• Maintain CNC machines, VMC, HMC, turning and milling machines.
• Diagnose machine alarms, sensor, servo motor and drive-related problems.
• Handle machine alignment, lubrication and periodic maintenance.
• Attend emergency breakdowns and minimize machine downtime.
• Read and understand electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings.
• Maintain maintenance records and spare-parts requirements.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for machine availability.
• Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards.
