The role emphasizes practical AI product knowledge (LLM + MCP + Infra + Security + UX + Governance), and hands-on work with IAM workflows, risk analysis and integration with ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Experience with automation, workflows and integrations including APIs, scripts, and connectors.
• Strong exposure to AI/ML, copilots or agentic systems in practical product work.
• Ability to design AI-driven IAM workflows and integrate with IAM, PAM and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate AI-driven agentic workflows for identity governance, access management and security operations with human oversight.
• Build AI-enabled IAM workflows to automate access requests, JML exceptions, certifications, policy enforcement and entitlement reviews.
• Use AI for intelligent access risk analysis to recommend approvals and detect anomalies.
• Integrate AI agents with IAM tools, PAM platforms and ServiceNow to orchestrate end-to-end identity operations.
• Implement governance guardrails where routine tasks are automated and high-risk decisions require human approval.
