Role focuses on architectural leadership, DevOps practices, and building autonomous AI agents for business workflows, with expansion plans to global markets.

About the Role

• EAI Systems is expanding its digital transformation practice from core low-code/enterprise platforms into a cutting-edge Agentic AI Solutions Provider.
• We are looking for a hands‑on Python Fullstack-Technical Lead to spearhead Project PhantomOps out of our brand-new Mumbai office.
• AI microservices-FastAPI (Python)-GenAI, OCR, analytics, transcription/translation, Judiciary LLM serving.
• Web front-end-Next.js-Server-side-rendered, accessible, multilingual (Arabic RTL / English LTR), responsive.
• Mobile front-end-React Native-Single codebase for iOS and Android; PWA path for Windows/Huawei.
• Backend / CRUD / Auth-Node.js-High-throughput service layer; custom identity, business logic and APIs.
• Container orchestration-Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE) Auto-scaling, auto-healing, blue-green/canary deployments
• CI/CD & IaC-OCI DevOps, Resource Manager (Terraform), OCIR Automated, auditable build/test/deploy and infrastructure provisioning
• Security operations-OCI-native (Network Firewall, WAF, Cloud Guard, Vault, Dedicated KMS/HSM, Data Protected, Bastion, VSS) + enterprise-supported SIEM/EDR + enterprise PAM - licensed-Defence-in-depth; OCI-native spine, supported SIEM/EDR, named-capability PAM.

• In this role, you will lead a team of 4 junior developers to build, productize, and maintain our internal digital workforce core (autonomous AI agents "Sally" and "Mark").
• This architecture handles critical business pipelines across sales lead qualification, RFP drafting, legal document analysis, and multi-modal marketing production.
• Once proven internally, you will play a pivotal role in scaling this agentic framework as a blueprint for our global enterprise clients in the UK, USA, Europe, and the Middle East.
