ZettaMine Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Workday Finance Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end Workday Financials implementations for a Big 4 client.

The role requires 8+ years in finance and accounting processes, strong requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder management, with Workday Certification preferred. You will configure General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Asset Management, and Financial

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting processes, requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
• Workday Finance Functional certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday Financials implementations and enhancement projects.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and configure Workday Financial modules aligned with business needs.
• Manage testing phases including data validation, SIT, UAT, and support defect resolution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive functional documentation and process flows.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and identify opportunities for process optimization.

Lead finance transformation initiatives through requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Utilize strong functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting.
