Job summary

PineQ Lab Technology is seeking an experienced Workday Finance Functional Lead to drive finance implementations across client environments. You will lead and configure finance processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide the project team through R2R, P2P, and C2C cycles.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years of experience, strong Workday finance expertise, and certifications. This is a full-time role PAN India requiring strategic leadership and hands-on delivery across multiple finance

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Functional Lead with strong expertise in Workday Finance implementations. The candidate should have deep functional knowledge of finance processes and experience working across one or more Workday Finance streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Workday Finance functional implementation activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand finance requirements.
• Configure and support Workday Finance solutions based on business needs.
• Provide functional expertise across finance processes such as R2R, P2P, and C2C.

Required Skills

• Expertise in one or more of the following:
• Record to Report (R2R)
• Procure to Pay (P2P)
• Contract to Cash (C2C)
• Strong understanding of finance business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Certification

• One or more Workday Finance certifications preferred.
• Certification is good to have but not mandatory.
