Job summary

The candidate should have 8+ years in AI/ML with deep learning and NLP, strong Python/TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras skills, and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP). Excellent communication is essential for stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Master's or PhD in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields from top-tier institutions.
• Experience: 8+ years in AI and ML, with focus on generative AI, DL, and NLP.
• Technical skills: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Certifications: TensorFlow Developer Certificate, AWS Certified ML – Specialty, or similar (preferred).
• Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving with track record of innovative gen AI solutions.
• Communication: Excellent ability to explain complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of gen AI and ML industry trends.
