Qualifications

• Expertise in 3D Experience and Enovia V5/V6 is necessary.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems like Linux and Windows.
• Experience with Apache/Websphere middleware required.
• Basic DBA skills and knowledge of Oracle/SQL databases are needed.
• Understanding Agile methodology and Scrum concepts is essential.
• A basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines is important.
• Knowledge of source code management using GIT is advantageous.
• Familiarity with network and security concepts is needed.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry processes is a plus.
• Good scripting skills for automation are required.

Validate technical prerequisites (software/hardware) in the customer environment and compliance with 3DExperience Platform.

Collaboration with Infrastructure team, middleware teams, scrum teams and other SMEs.

Install and configure the new 3DExperience Platform and perform upgrades for the latest FP and hotfixes.

Troubleshooting day to day operational, performance and configuration issues with the PLM Operations team and determining root causes.

Understand the customers' IT Change Management process and implement solutions according to them.

Support and upgrade existing 3DExperience environments on the existing customer environments.

Analyse technical documents from different vendors and work with SMEs to define the correct installation and Configuration process.

Document and share work procedures, installation tasks, scripts and 'best practices' within Environments Team.

Maintain appropriate design and configuration documentation for use in operational handover to steady state support.

Maintaining the CI/CD pipeline for cloud-based environments.

Automations related to deployment and configuration of new and existing environments.

Responsible for the health of pre-production and production environments.

Production support - incident and problem management

Technical Skills Required: -

Expertise of 3D Experience / Enovia V5/V6 systems administration and operational support.

OS: Linux/Win2008/2012 servers and Windows7/10 clients. SAN/NFS storage systems

Apache/Websphere middleware

Oracle/SQL database servers and basic DBA skills

Understand Agile Methodology and Scrum concepts.

Basic knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline

Understands the concept of source code management with GIT.

Knowledge of network and security concepts

Automotive industry processes.
