Role Description

The 3D & VFX Faculty role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the Pune Division at Frameboxx Animation Kothrud. The faculty member will plan and deliver classroom and lab sessions on 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and visual effects using industry‑standard software. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating teaching materials, demonstrating techniques, guiding students through assignments and projects, and providing constructive feedback on their work. The role also involves evaluating student performance, mentoring learners on portfolio development and industry readiness, coordinating with the academic team to update course content, and participating in workshops or events to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in 3D software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or equivalent) and practical experience in modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation.


• Hands‑on knowledge of VFX workflows, including compositing, particle effects, and use of tools such as After Effects, Nuke, or similar applications.
