Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services invites applications for an experienced 3D & VFX Faculty to train students in 3D Animation, Modelling, Texturing, Lighting and VFX. The role requires mentoring students and delivering hands-on lessons using Maya, 3ds Max or Blender, with After Effects and Nuke for compositing.

Ideal candidates will conduct classroom and lab sessions, prepare curricula, show techniques, and guide portfolio development and showreel creation to prepare students for industry readiness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in 3D modelling, texturing, lighting and animation.
• Ability to mentor students and demonstrate VFX workflows.
• Experience with industry-standard software such as Maya, 3ds Max or Blender.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate 3D & VFX Faculty to train and mentor students in 3D Animation, 3D Modelling, Texturing, Lighting, Animation and Visual Effects.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in 3D software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max or Blender, along with practical knowledge of VFX, compositing and visual effects workflows.

Role & responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical lab sessions on 3D Modelling, Texturing, Lighting, 3D Animation and VFX.
• Prepare lesson plans, training material, assignments and practical exercises based on the curriculum.
• Demonstrate 3D and VFX techniques.
• Train students on industry-standard software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, After Effects, Nuke or equivalent tools.
• Guide students through projects and assignments.
• Mentor students in portfolio development, showreel creation, industry readiness.
• Evaluate student assignments and performance and provide constructive feedback.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Prior experience as a 3D Faculty, VFX Faculty, Animation Faculty, 3D Trainer, VFX Trainer, 3D Artist, 3D Animator or VFX Artist is desirable.
• Ability to explain technical and creative concepts clearly to students with different skill levels.
• Strong mentoring and student-handling abilities.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of 3D Modelling, Texturing, Lighting and Animation.
• Proficiency in one or more 3D software packages such as Maya, 3ds Max or Blender.
• Practical knowledge of VFX workflows, compositing and particle effects.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Nuke or similar compositing/VFX applications.
• Prior experience in an animation/VFX institute or training environment will be an advantage.
