Job summary

Sudershan Global Events And Services in Delhi seeks a creative 3D Graphic Designer with 5 to 7 years of event-industry experience to transform briefs into immersive 3D environments, including stages and exhibition stalls, and to produce dynamic walkthroughs and teaser videos.

You will visualize spaces, render with V-Ray/Corona, draft 2D AutoCAD layouts, specify materials, and occasionally assist on-site to ensure flawless setups.

Responsibilities

• Visualize spaces: design immersive stages, exhibition stalls, entry tunnels, and pop-up environments.
• Create high-end renders, fly-through animations, and 360-degree walkthroughs using V-Ray, Corona, or equivalent render engines.
• Fuel client pitches by creating visual decks that tell a compelling story and win new business.
• Draft technical layouts: convert 3D designs into precise 2D AutoCAD layouts, elevations, and dimension guides.
• Specify materials: recommend textures, lighting, LED placements, and construction materials.
• Oversee on-site execution: participate in venue surveys and assist production on-site to ensure flawless setups.

Additionally, you will use your video creation and animation skills to bring these environments to life through dynamic walkthroughs and teaser videos.

Job Description

• Visualize Spaces: Design immersive stages, exhibition stalls, entry tunnels, and pop-up brand environments based on venue floor plans.
• Create High-End Renders: Produce hyper-realistic 3D static renders, fly-through animations, and 360-degree walkthroughs using V-Ray, Corona, or equivalent render engines.
• Fuel Client Pitches: Collaborate closely with the pitch team to create visual decks that tell a compelling story and win new business.
• Draft Technical Layouts: Convert your approved 3D designs into precise 2D AutoCAD layouts, elevations, and dimension guides for our fabrication workshop.
• Specify Materials: Recommend specific real-world textures, lighting styles, LED placements, and construction materials to ensure the physical build matches your digital vision.
• Oversee On-Site Execution: Participate in venue site surveys and occasionally assist the production crew on-site to ensure the setup is flawless.

Preferred candidate profile

• The Portfolio (Mandatory): A digital portfolio or website link showing diverse event sets, spatial layouts, and a clear transition from digital render to final physical build (if available).
• Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience working directly within an event management agency, experiential marketing firm, or exhibition booth builder.
