Job summary
Integrated Simulation Technologies is seeking a 3D CFD Analyst with 3–7 years of experience to work on ICE and EV domains, performing advanced ANSYS Fluent simulations. The role emphasizes conjugate heat transfer analyses of battery, motor, radiator, and powertrain systems, plus cooling-system CFD for underhood components. Candidates will clean geometry, set up large models, post-process, interpret results and prepare reports.
Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in 3D CFD analysis for ICE and EV domains.
Expertise in Conjugate Heat Transfer analyses of battery, motor, radiator and powertrain systems.
Experience in cooling-system CFD analysis for powertrain components.
Knowledge of automotive CFD, heat transfer, and thermodynamics.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
Responsibilities
Perform 3D CFD/CHT analyses in ICE and EV domains using ANSYS Fluent.
Conduct cooling system CFD analysis for radiator, battery, motor, engine, inverter.
Optimize cooling for EV motors, inverters and batteries.
Develop and interpret simulation results, prepare reports.
Clean geometry, mesh large models, and post-process results.

Job description
3 to 7 years of experience as 3D CFD Analyst using ANSYS FLUENT software in ICE and EV domains
Expertise in performing Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) Analysis of different automotive systems - Battery, Motor,Radiator, Powertrain, Underhood aerothermal, Cabin HVAC, Heat exchanger
Hands on experience in cooling system CFD analysis of powertrain components - Radiator, Battery, Motor, Engine, Inverter, Converter
Cooling system optimization for EV motors, inverters, and batteries
Conducting aero simulations at full vehicle underhood system, incorporating high-performance design elements such as diffusers, splitters, wings, and underbody treatments
Expert in Geometry cleanup, Meshing, Setting up large simulation models, post processing, result interpretation and report preparation
Fundamental knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics
M.Tech./ B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering/ Thermal Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering
Very good in automotive domain knowledge
Excellent in oral and written communication skills
