Pixel Image India Pvt Ltd seeks a skilled 3D Modeller specialised in architectural visualisation (ArchViz) with strong Blender proficiency to join our Pune production team. The role focuses on creating accurate 3D models of real buildings from drawings and references for UK client projects.

You will texture, light and render photorealistic visuals, ensure accuracy to drawings, and collaborate with designers, PMs, and other artists in a POD structure. Portfolio required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 3D modeller focused on architectural visualisation (ArchViz).
• Portfolio showing real building and interior/exterior visualisation work.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Attention to detail and client-ready output.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and project managers to capture design intent.
• Create detailed 3D architectural models from drawings and references using Blender.
• Develop textures, materials and lighting for photorealistic renderings.
• Produce polished visualisations (stills, walkthroughs, tours) for client reviews.
• Ensure models comply with architectural guidelines, scale and specs.
• Optimize models and scenes for efficient rendering without quality loss.
• Contribute ideas during design reviews and team discussions.

OurPune studio operates across 8 production PODs, each delivering photorealistic3D visualisation, CGI renders, and virtual tours for real client projects — notconcept or portfolio work.

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled 3D Modeller with a genuinebackground in architectural visualisation (ArchViz) and strong proficiency inBlender to join our production team. This role is specifically for someone whohas built their career visualising real buildings and spaces for architecture,real estate, or property marketing — not general 3D modelling, gaming, productvisualisation, or film/VFX work. You will play a key role in bringingarchitectural concepts to life for real UK client projects, directly influencinghow our design ideas are visualised and presented.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Collaboration: Work closely with designers and project managers tounderstand architectural concepts, design intent, and client brand/marketingrequirements for each project.
• 3D Modelling: Create detailed, accurate 3D models of architecturalstructures and spaces using Blender, built directly from architectural drawingsand reference material.
• Texturing & Lighting: Develop high-quality textures, materials, andlighting setups to produce realistic, market-ready architectural renderings.
• Visualisation Output: Produce polished 3D visualisations — stills,walkthroughs, or virtual tours — to showcase design options for clientpresentations and internal design reviews.
• Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure every model adheres to architecturalguidelines, scale, and project requirements, cross-checking against drawingsand client specifications.
• Model Optimisation: Optimise 3D models and scenes for efficientrendering and performance without compromising visual accuracy or quality.
• Design Reviews: Contribute ideas and constructive feedback duringdesign reviews and team discussions, helping raise the overall visual bar ofthe studio's output.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with trends, tools, and advancements in3D modelling and architectural visualisation, and bring relevant new techniquesback to the team.

Requirements

• Background: Candidates must come specifically from anarchitectural visualisation background — real estate, residential/commercialproperty, or architecture studio work — not general 3D modelling, gaming,product visualisation, or film/VFX. Portfolios should clearly show realbuilding and interior/exterior visualisation work, not concept art orentertainment assets.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant, hands-on experience asa 3D Modeller with a focus on architectural visualisation.
• Software Proficiency: Strong, demonstrable proficiency in Blender; workingknowledge of Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Communication: Strong written and spoken English, since this roleinvolves direct collaboration with UK-based designers, project managers, andclients.
• Architectural Knowledge: Solid understanding of architectural designprinciples, construction techniques, materials, and how real buildings areactually put together.
• Drawing Interpretation: Ability to accurately read and interpretarchitectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections) and translate them intoprecise 3D models.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a genuine commitment toproducing high-quality, client-ready work.
• Collaboration: Comfortable collaborating closely with designers,project managers, and other artists within a POD structure.
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating relevant architectural 3Dmodelling work, including real-time visualisations where available.

Bonus Points

• Hands-on experience withtexturing and materials creation for architectural surfaces (glass, stone,timber, metal, fabric, etc.).
• Knowledge of renderingengines such as V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
• Familiarity with virtualreality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) applications for architecturalvisualisation.
