ORA Group is seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer to produce high-quality architectural renders and walkthroughs for real estate projects in Mumbai. The role requires translating architectural concepts into compelling visuals with strong command of lighting, textures, and composition.

The candidate should have a portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D visualization, interiors, exteriors, and marketing visuals, and will collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams to meet project

Formación

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate/architecture visualization.
• Strong portfolio of 3D visualization and architectural rendering work.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality 3D models, architectural renders, interiors, exteriors, and walkthroughs for real estate projects.
• Develop realistic visualizations based on architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and design concepts.
• Create 3D views, animations, and presentation visuals for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, project teams, and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
• Apply materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and environmental elements to achieve realistic renders.
• Modify and update 3D models and renders based on design changes and feedback.
• Prepare visuals for marketing campaigns, brochures, presentations, sales decks, websites, and project launches.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of design elements, dimensions, finishes, and overall project representation.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver visualizations within agreed timelines.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Visualizer to create high-quality 3D visualizations, architectural renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals for real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, materials, lighting, composition, and the ability to translate concepts and drawings into compelling visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, architectural renders, interiors, exteriors, and walkthroughs for real estate projects.
• Develop realistic visualizations based on architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and design concepts.
• Create 3D views, animations, and presentation visuals for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, project teams, and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
• Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and environmental elements to achieve realistic renders.
• Modify and update 3D models and renders based on design changes and feedback.
• Prepare visuals for marketing campaigns, brochures, presentations, sales decks, websites, and project launches.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of design elements, dimensions, finishes, and overall project representation.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver visualizations within agreed timelines.
• Proactive, self-starter.
• Should be formally qualified Architect, Architecture draftsman course from reputed /authorized institute & should have conceptual and technical understanding on range of Interiors Design And architecture work aspects which are important and essential for a quality Execution of Interiors Projects.
• Candidates should have the ability to efficiently multi-task on various projects and meet individual project deadlines
• The candidate should be able to compose and develop scenes and settings for camera angles and have an excellent eye for detail & creative thinking.
• Must know to work independently and end to end on Tools like 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and MS Projects etc

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in 3D Max / SketchUp / Blender or equivalent 3D software.
• Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, or D5 Render.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production and image enhancement.
• Strong understanding of architectural visualization, lighting, materials, textures, and composition.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and design concepts.
• Good sense of aesthetics, detailing, scale, and realism.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualification

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the real estate, architecture, interior design, or construction industry.
• A strong portfolio of 3D visualization and architectural rendering work is required.
