Job summary

Do proper tool based need identification and consultative selling to bank customers of life insurance and investment products

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills to engage effectively with bank partners, customers, and

stakeholders.

High Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and customers to drive business

growth.

Ability to Learn & Grow: Willingness to learn, adapt to new products and processes, and continuously develop skills to achieve business

objectives.
