Qualifications

• Proficiency in 2D floor plans, layouts and working drawings.
• Ability to develop realistic 3D interior and exterior designs and renders.
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, lighting and colour combinations.
• Capable of creating high-quality 2D drawings and 3D renders.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
