Qualifications

• Proficient in 2D layout design and 3D visualization for event spaces.
• Experience in stage and decor design with attention to aesthetics.
• Ability to align designs with event budgets and timelines.
• Strong client and vendor coordination and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience in high-end or large-scale events is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The 2D & 3D Event Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and visualizing event spaces, stages, and installations using both 2D layouts and 3D models. This full‑time, on‑site role based in Mumbai involves collaborating closely with event planners, production teams, and clients to translate event concepts into detailed design renders, mock‑ups, and technical drawings. Day‑to‑day tasks include creating design proposals, refining designs based on feedback, ensuring feasibility and alignment with budgets, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams for execution. The designer will also support pre‑event presentations, mood boards, and branding elements to ensure cohesive visual storytelling. The role requires adherence to timelines, maintaining design quality, and staying updated with trends in event design, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Event Designing skills, including 2D layout design, 3D visualization, stage and decor design, and an eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Candidates should possess Event Planning and Event Management skills to align designs with event flow, logistics, budgets, and technical requirements.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, internal teams, and vendors, and for presenting design concepts clearly.
• Candidates should possess Sales‑related skills to support pitch presentations, design‑led proposals, and client discussions that help win and retain business.
• Proficiency in design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools) is highly beneficial.
• Relevant experience in event, exhibition, interior, or stage design, preferably in high‑end or large‑scale events, is an advantage.
