Zendesk, Inc. is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You will design, implement, and optimize Zendesk as a complete resolution platform, focusing on customer outcomes and value.

You will manage projects end to end, lead workshops, and work with pre-sales, post-sales, and product teams to deliver measurable value and sustained platform adoption across enterprise customers in a primarily remote/EMEA environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and either French or German (mandatory).
• 3–5 years in consulting or a customer-facing role.
• Experience delivering complex SaaS/tech projects.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Lead discovery, workshops, and design sessions both remotely and onsite.
• Translate requirements into Zendesk configurations and solutions.
• Guide onboarding to achieve measurable value and platform adoption.
• Deliver engagements within scope, timelines, and budget.
• Identify risks and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across services, pre-sales, and product.
