Crosscare Irish Diaspora Support Project is seeking a part-time Youth Worker to deliver youth work programmes across East Wicklow Youth Service catchment, serving Arklow, Wicklow Town and Rathdrum. The role requires evening and weekend work and a strong commitment to youth-centred, outcomes-driven practice.
The role reports to the Youth Service Manager and includes travelling between services, developing new projects, grant applications, and ensuring documentation compliance.

To deliver Youth Work programmes and interventions based on Crosscare’s Youth Work approach and UBU funding service requirement, which are youth centred and outcomes focused with an emphasis on work with those most in need in the catchment area.
