Job summary

Cróga Care Partners Limited in Ireland is seeking an experienced non-managerial candidate for a role in our trauma-informed residential care team. The position supports two youths aged 10–17 within our 20-acre social farm setting, contributing to safety, wellbeing and community integration.

Essential requirements include at least 1 year of experience and a Level 7 qualification (including Diploma or Ordinary Bachelor).

Job Description

Cróga Care Partners provides specialist, trauma-informed and attachment-based residential care for two separated young people seeking international protection aged 10–17. Our approach focuses on building safety, trust, independence and belonging, while supporting each young person with education, daily living skills, wellbeing, relationships and integration into the local community. Working as part of a supportive, clinically guided team, you will play a key role in helping young people develop the confidence, skills and resilience needed for adulthood. Our unique 20-acre social farm will also provide opportunities for animal-assisted therapeutic activities, overseen by our Clinical Psychologist and supported by Key Workers.
