Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ relevant experience in communications, social media, or digital marketing.
• Experience in nonprofit/charity or youth-focused communications an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Limitless’s communication channels.
• Oversee all social media platforms and marketing outputs.
• Lead production of Annual Report and coordinate e-newsletters.
• Partner with Fundraising and Programmes teams for campaign communications.
• Draft press releases and manage media inquiries.
• Oversee website updates and track performance analytics.

Skills

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Familiarity with digital marketing, analytics, and social media trends

Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent design tools

Strong project management skills with attention to detail

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Passionate about youth empowerment and mental health advocacy

Education

Degree/diploma in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
