Orchard Care Group seeks a Team Leader for its Orchard Community Care division in Glanmire, Co. Cork. The role supports the Centre Management Team to ensure daily operations, qualified placement plans, and high-quality care for young people.

The Team Leader will lead the staff team in practice, promoting a respectful and inclusive culture. In this role you will cover administrative duties, staff progression, and act as the Centre in the absence of the PIC or Deputy Manager, reporting to the

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the care sector with some leadership or supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of care practices, protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse individuals and teams.
• Proficient in documentation and record-keeping with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and work under pressure.
• Flexible to work 12 hr & 24 hr shifts including days/nights/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with the Centre Management Team to assist day-to-day centre management.
• Deliver an integrated approach enabling positive outcomes for residents.
• Promote a positive, respectful, diverse culture within Orchard Community Care.
• Oversee progression and practice of staff; implement Placement Plan objectives.
• Be accountable for centre operations in the absence of the Person in Charge or Deputy Manager.
