You will join a dedicated team delivering daily care, recording notes, assisting with meals, outings, care plans, and collaboration with social workers, educators and families to promote safety and wellbeing. Full training provided; commitment to dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily household activities, such as cooking and cleaning, as part of positive modelling.
• Provide emotional support to young people during difficult or stressful times and encourage participation in care planning.
• Contribute to care planning, placement planning, and service delivery with active involvement in reviews and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with statutory requirements and Ashdale Care policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with social workers, educators, guardians and family members to support wellbeing and development.
