Job summary

EZ Living Furniture is seeking a full-time Yard Person/WH operative for our Damastown Warehouse. The role involves maintaining a neat workspace, operating a bailer, and supporting goods in/goods out activities.

We value health and safety awareness and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Forklift experience would be an advantage, and outdoor work may be required from time to time.

Qualifications

• Must be able to keep the working environment neat, tidy and organised.
• Experience in a role involving manual labour is preferred.
• Health and Safety awareness in an industrial environment is required.
• Able to work outdoors when needed.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the bailing area, loading bays and general grounds.
• Operate the bailing machine for cardboard, plastic and polystyrene.
• Work with drivers to ensure recycling is segregated on arrival.
• Store recycling mattresses neatly and arrange collections.
• Carry out Goods in/Goods out tasks as required by management.
• Be willing to work outdoors and follow manager's instructions.
