The Workplace Solutions Marketing Data Analyst is a strategic and hands-on leader within J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions Marketing, responsible for building and scaling the data foundation that informs participant engagement, lifecycle marketing, and lead generation.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and client experience-transforming behavioral, campaign, and platform data into actionable insights that improve participant outcomes and drive business growth.

You will partner closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, and client-facing teams to define measurement frameworks, optimize lifecycle journeys, and enable data-driven decision-making across communications, education, and digital engagement strategies.

Success is measured by the ability to translate data into clear narratives, operationalize insights into scalable practices, and drive measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and advisor connectivity.

Key Responsibilities
Data Strategy & Measurement Frameworks
  • Define and operationalize the analytics strategy for Workplace Solutions Marketing
  • Establish standardized measurement frameworks (KPIs, attribution models, success metrics)
  • Ensure consistency and integrity in tracking and reporting
Analytics & Insight Generation
  • Analyze participant behavior, campaign performance, and lifecycle data
  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights for stakeholders
  • Develop segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalization
Lifecycle Optimization & Experimentation
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to optimize participant journeys
  • Design and evaluate A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-informed iteration
Reporting & Executive Storytelling
  • Develop executive dashboards and performance narratives
  • Communicate insights clearly to senior leadership
  • Support client-facing storytelling with data-backed insights
Data Infrastructure & Governance
  • Partner with Product and Technology to ensure strong data pipelines and tracking
  • Establish best practices for data governance and quality
  • Improve data accessibility through dashboards and tools
Cross-functional Leadership & Enablement
  • Act as a strategic partner across teams
  • Enable teams to become more data-driven
  • Influence roadmap prioritization with analytics
Qualifications
Required
  • 7-10+ years in data analytics or related field
  • Strong ability to translate data into executive insights
  • Experience with marketing or lifecycle analytics
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
  • Experience in financial services or fintech
  • Familiarity with campaign and engagement platforms
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance
