The Workplace Solutions Marketing Data Analyst is a strategic and hands‑on leader within J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions Marketing, responsible for building and scaling the data foundation that informs participant engagement, lifecycle marketing, and lead generation.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and client experience—transforming behavioral, campaign, and platform data into actionable insights that improve participant outcomes and drive business growth.
You will partner closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, and client-facing teams to define measurement frameworks, optimize lifecycle journeys, and enable data‑driven decision-making across communications, education, and digital engagement strategies.
Success is measured by the ability to translate data into clear narratives, operationalise insights into scalable practices, and drive measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and advisor connectivity.
