Job summary

MS Talent Ltd is seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to provide desktop support across four sites from Dundalk to Ballycoolin. The contract is 3 months, with a daily rate of €200–€250 and requires hands-on, end-user support in a Microsoft 365 environment.

You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11 issues, assist with authentication challenges, and contribute to project work while maintaining BAU support. A full driving licence and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Windows 10/11 desktop support required.
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365 support experience.
• Hands-on, face-to-face end user support.
• Troubleshooting user access, authentication and desktop issues.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU Desktop Support to users on Windows 10/11.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and user access problems.
• Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• Assist onboarding onto a new MFA platform, including hardware authentication keys.
• Travel between four sites (Dundalk to Ballycoolin) with some project work.
