Job summary

Ipsen Manufacturing Ireland Ltd in Dublin is recruiting a Manufacturing Technologist on a fixed-term 18-month contract. The role involves a three-week rotating schedule of 19:00–07:00 weekend nights, with 3 x 12 hr shifts and a 25% weekend shift allowance.

The position supports upstream and downstream processes, GMP compliance, and site production throughput. Ideal candidates hold a science-related diploma or BSc with 2+ years GMP experience, and familiarity with MES, SAP and electronic batch

Qualifications

Minimum GMP experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Experience with automation systems and peptide manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute daily production operations on weekend night shifts according to shift plan.
Maintain GMP and EHS standards across synthesis, purification and fill/finish.
Complete batch records and in-process checks with timely submissions.
Support equipment setup, calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
Collaborate across Synthesis, Purification and Cleanroom areas.
