Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements a staffing plan by identifying resource requirements and coordinating with HR.
• Develops direct reports with training and performance reviews.
• Monitors daily operations and guides supervisors to meet goals.
• Interacts with internal and external customers to address requests.
• Interprets and enforces policies affecting work processes and personnel.
• Contributes to the development of operational policies and procedures.
• Monitors compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews reports and industry updates to track area performance.
• Contributes to area budgeting through cost analysis and resource planning.
• Schedules human and material resources to align with near-term plans.
