Job summary

Qualitas Property Partners in Ireland is seeking a hands-on Caretaker/Facilities Assistant to maintain our buildings to a high standard. You will handle cleaning, gardening, basic repairs, and ongoing upkeep, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.

The role includes weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 12pm and requires on-site work in the Dublin area. Prior caretaking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in cleaning/caretaking or similar role.
• Basic maintenance and ability to perform minor repairs.
• Ability to source and supervise contractors for major works.
• Care for safety policies and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning the buildings.
• Gardening and landscape duties.
• Inspecting the building, including lighting and alarm systems.
• Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Sourcing, booking and supervising contractors for major repairs.
• Monitoring cleaning materials, tools, and furniture and reordering as required.
• Adhering to safety policies to create a safe working environment.
• Schedule Saturday and Sunday 8am to 12pm.
