Job summary

A community development organization in Cork is seeking a Caretaker/Maintenance Person to maintain a clean and operational environment at the Ballincollig Family Resource Centre. Qualifications

• Valid Garda vetting including international police clearance prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Clean and check equipment and stock of hygiene supplies.
• Maintain outside bin area and car park.
• General repairs and cleaning.
• Prepare rooms according to activity programme.
• Follow locking up procedures and other duties as required by centre coordinator.
• Position may include afternoon and evening work.
