Job summary

Kealy’s of Cloghran seeks a part-time bartender for weekend shifts beside Dublin Airport. You will deliver warm, professional bar service, prepare cocktails and drinks, and recommend options while keeping the bar clean and stocked. You’ll work with the floor team, take food orders when needed and help uphold Kealy’s renowned service standards.

The role is weekends/evenings with a flexible roster, and offers €15–€17 per hour, staff tips and meals on duty.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy bar, restaurant or gastro pub.
• Strong cocktail, wine and general drinks knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Confident, friendly personality.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy services.
• Excellent reliability and timekeeping.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional and efficient bar service.
• Prepare cocktails, wines, beers and spirits to a high standard.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.
• Process orders and payments accurately.
• Work closely with our floor team, take food orders and serve food.
• Help create the atmosphere and service standards Kealy's is renowned for.
