Job summary

Ballygarry Estate Hotel & Spa in Tralee is seeking a friendly bartender to deliver professional service in our bars and lounge areas. You will mix and serve a range of beverages, check IDs, upsell drinks, keep the bar tidy and well stocked, handle cash and card payments, and work with the team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Fluent English is required, weekend and bank holiday availability is preferred, and experience is advantageous though not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is advantageous.
• Fluent English required; weekends and public holidays availability is a plus.
• Food hygiene knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 4* service standards in bar and lounge areas.
• Take and serve drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Mix and serve a variety of beverages following recipes.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and refuse service if needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar.
• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.
