Job summary

Co-operative Housing Ireland seeks a Webflow specialist on a fixed-term 12-month project to plan and deliver a front-end redesign of our website, while also managing day-to-day maintenance and content uploads. You will own the redesign, liaise with internal teams on functionality, and manage ongoing upkeep.

Qualifications

• 1+ years working with Webflow.
• Basic understanding of UX and UI best practices.
• Basic understanding of GA4.
• Experience optimising landing pages for specific purposes and audiences.
• General content editing and auditing skills.
• Experience with social media and Canva advantageous.
• Platforms to be familiar with: Webflow, Canva, Trello, Mailchimp.

Responsibilities

• Website Redesign Project: Assess current performance and UX; identify improvement areas such as speed, design and navigation.
• Define Goals and Objectives: Set measurable goals aligned with business and marketing.
• Understand Audience: Research target users needs and preferences to guide design.
• Plan Redesign Structure: Create sitemap and wireframes.
• Content Strategy: Audit content and plan SEO updates; incorporate multimedia.
• Utilize Webflow Features: Leverage drag-and-drop editor, templates, integrations.
• Test and Iterate: Conduct thorough testing and gather feedback.
• Launch and Monitor: Launch site and monitor performance with analytics.
• Content Management: Manage and update content across CMS platforms; migration for SEO.
• SEO and Analytics: Implement on-page SEO and monitor GA4, GA4 metrics.
• Front-End Development: Implement frontend changes and optimize for performance.
• Web Governance and Accessibility: Ensure WCAG compliance and governance.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct site performance audits and GTM-based KPI measurements.
• Cross-channel posting basics: Knowledge of posting to social and email.
