Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Trenches / Web3 Frontend Developer based in Ireland. You will own critical frontend surfaces for onchain trading across Solana and EVM, delivering live data, order flow, and trader-focused UI with latency-conscious design.

You will work in a remote-first, AI-native environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship features end-to-end and improve performance and reliability for real-money trading surfaces.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of frontend engineering with production Web3/onchain products.
• Experience shipping products with real users and real money (perpetuals, DEX, trading terminals).
• Hands-on with Solana and EVM ecosystems; experience in both is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend client experience for trenches trading, perpetuals, and prediction markets across Solana and EVM.
• Take end-to-end ownership of at least one revenue-generating surface from concept to production.
