Job summary

Veolia is seeking an enthusiastic Project Engineer to join the ECI Team, focusing on Water and Wastewater Treatment projects in Ireland. The role involves collaborating with the Project Manager and coordinating engineering efforts. Candidates should possess a minimum NFQ Level 7 degree in Engineering or Science and have IT skills. Qualifications

• Practical experience in being part of a project team from initial stages to delivery stage.
• Experience in the execution of water/wastewater engineering projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of delegated projects and project issues.
• Ensure thorough knowledge and understanding of the contract for all assigned projects.
• Manage aspects of the project within defined budgets and agreed timelines.

Skills

IT skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Power Point

Strong communication and writing skills

Good organisational and time management skills

Ability to work on own initiative and effectively manage & coordinate design/site activities

Education

Minimum NFQ Level 7 degree in an Engineering or Science Discipline
