Job summary

Wynne Consulting seeks a service and aftermarket sales professional in Ireland to build relationships with water and wastewater clients and promote maintenance contracts, spare parts, upgrades and retrofits.

You will work with technical teams to deliver tailored rotating equipment solutions, identify growth opportunities, and provide technical advice to optimise asset performance.

Strong commercial acumen and independence are essential to succeed in this role within a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Experience in service or aftermarket sales within water or wastewater is desirable.
• Technical understanding of rotating equipment, pumps, and motors.
• Strong commercial awareness with negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Irish Water or utilities sector is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the water & wastewater sector.
• Promote service and aftermarket solutions, including maintenance contracts, spare parts, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for rotating equipment, including pumps, motors, and ancillary systems.
• Identify opportunities for growth within customer accounts and convert them into profitable service projects.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, feeding insights back to management.
