Jacobs is seeking a Team Leader for Water Catchment Management growth across Ireland and the UK. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, grow client relationships and guide delivery of major water and environmental projects.

The role blends leadership, technical excellence and strategic development, with opportunities to shape capability growth, recruitment and market expansion across national frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering successful project outcomes.
• Strong background in water, flood risk, maritime, coastal, environmental or related infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated experience building client relationships and supporting business growth.
• Experience managing project delivery, resources and commercial performance.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop multidisciplinary teams across Ireland.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
• Support staff wellbeing, resource planning, mentoring and career development.
• Act as a technical advisor and trusted leader across Water Catchment Management and Maritime projects.
• Drive business growth through client engagement, market development and sales initiatives.
