Job summary

Uisce Éireann in Monaghan (North West Region) seeks a Wastewater Operations Delivery Technical Lead to drive national wastewater operational services, including inspection, maintenance and repair of assets, with focus on health and safety and reducing leakage.

Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in water, utilities or related sectors.
Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record in solving complex issues and communicating complex information.

Responsibilities

Structure and lead delivery of wastewater operations programmes within timelines.
Support improvements in wastewater operations to achieve first-time right solutions.
Develop annual change plan aligned with work programme and define metrics.
Build relationships with stakeholders to incorporate feedback.
Prepare reports and business cases to justify change activities.
Deliver work within change management frameworks.
