Job summary

Mulrines is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at Ballybofey to lead a fast-paced warehouse team. You will oversee goods-in, storage, despatch and stock control, while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will manage rotas, performance and processes, driving efficiency and high service levels for customer commitments. A hands-on leader with strong IT and communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team-lead role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people management skills, including rotas, holidays and absence management.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, including goods in/out and stock control.
• Forklift licence/certification desirable but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills and proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: goods-in, storage, stock control, order picking/packing and despatch.
• Lead, motivate and support the warehouse team with clear priorities.
• Manage team rotas, holiday scheduling, absence reporting and performance management.
• Monitor and improve warehouse processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure safe and effective use of equipment including forklifts and scanners.
• Utilise the WMS to monitor stock levels and report on metrics.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and liaise on discrepancies.
• Uphold housekeeping, health and safety, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager and site departments to meet targets.
• Hands-on leadership balancing supervision with practical duties.
• Communicate proactively to resolve issues and optimise operations.
