Job summary

Store-All Logistics is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations across Food, Pharma and General warehousing while building high-performing teams. The role reports to the Operations Manager and collaborates with Quality, Transport, IT and HR to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

3-4 years' experience managing people at multiple levels in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading large operational teams and driving performance.
Warehousing experience preferred but not essential.
Strong IT skills including MS Office and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across multiple warehouse operations and drive business objectives.
Lead, develop and mentor managers and frontline teams to maximise productivity.
Ensure OTIF, SOPs, KPIs and compliance across all designated warehouses.
Develop client relationships and deliver exceptional service through proactive reporting.
Drive continuous improvement projects with stakeholders and contractors.
