Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our site in Ireland. You will manage inbound deliveries, maintain accurate stock records and prepare materials for production and dispatch, while ensuring GMP practices are followed.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of supplies, maintain housekeeping and comply with safety standards. Previous warehouse experience and forklift operation are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse logistics and stock control.
• Ability to follow GMP compliance and related procedures.
• Attention to accuracy and safe handling of materials.

Responsibilities

• Book in all deliveries on site as per procedures.
• Proficiently use the computerized stock system for stock control.
• Monitor consumables and place replenishment orders for the warehouse.
• Kit out materials for production and prepare pallets for dispatch.
• Transport goods between sites using a company van when required.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding deliveries and issues.
