Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Ireland is seeking a warehouse professional for a night shift (Thursday-Saturday, 7pm-7am) to manage deliveries, stock, and dispatch processes. The role focuses on GMP-compliant warehouse tasks, forklift operation, and accurate stock control across production support activities.

You will work with multiple departments to ensure batches are ready for production trials, maintain housekeeping, and liaise with suppliers and customers on deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Book in all deliveries when received on site according to procedures.
• Operate computerized stock system.
• Monitor consumables and place replenishment orders.
• Kit out all materials for production.
• Calculate foil requirements for new orders and process orders if required.
• Transport goods between site in company van if required.
• Organise and monitor the coding of cartons for production as required.
• Liaise with customers & suppliers regarding deliveries, shortfalls & other issues.
• Prepare pallets of finished goods for dispatch to the customer.
• Maintain accurate goods in and stock control cards, goods out sheets.
• To follow all procedures relating to the work undertaken and retrain as required.
• Work positively with all Departments to ensure batches are ready for use in production/trials in a timely manner.
• Ensure safe work practices are being followed at all times and report any defects immediately.
• Operate forklift in safe manner and undertake additional training when required.
• Ensure that all activities are in compliance with GMP.
• Ensure excellence in housekeeping in the Warehouse.
• Report any deviations / Non-conformances to the QA Manager.
• To work in all other manufacturing plants as and when required.
• To ensure racking is used to optimum efficiency.
• To ensure outside of building is clear and maintained as appropriate.
• Trained and signed off on high bay reach truck.
• Carry out various other additional tasks as required.
