Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative for our client based in Rosemount Business Park. This role combines physical warehouse tasks with administrative duties, including accurate data entry, inventory tracking, and system updates. The ideal candidate will be proficient with computers, possess excellent written and spoken English, and demonstrate strong organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and process incoming and outgoing goods accurately and efficiently
  • Enter data into warehouse management systems (WMS), spreadsheets, or internal databases
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records
  • Assist with regular stock checks and audits
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and information
  • Prepare shipping labels, delivery notes, and relevant documentation
  • Report discrepancies or damages to the supervisor promptly
  • Keep work area clean, safe, and organised
  • Follow company policies and health & safety procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry systems
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and able to lift/move stock as required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage
Desirable
  • Previous experience in a data-entry-heavy role within a warehouse or logistics setting
  • Knowledge of inventory software or ERP systems
  • Willingness to do overtime in evenings and Saturdays when demand is high
  • Forklift licence (Desirable)
