PACE Logistics in Ireland is seeking a Warehouse Operator to ensure the safe, secure, and accurate handling and transportation of goods, while following safe driving practices and company policies.

This permanent role includes a 6‑month probationary period with day and night shifts (8:00–17:00 and 23:00–08:00). You will perform order picking, packing, loading, unloading, and ensure records are maintained, with focus on safety and efficiency.

• Minimum two years’ forklift experience in a busy warehouse environment.
• Valid, in-date forklift license.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive “can do” attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy, fast paced environment.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• GDP and HAACP training, desirable.

About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, and accurate handling and transportation of goods, while following safe driving practices and complying with Company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Contract Type: Permanent (6-month probationary period).

Day Shift: 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday.

Night Shift: 11.00pm – 8.00am, Monday - Friday.

Location: PACE Logistics,201 Waterford Industrial Estate Rd, Skibbereen, Waterford, X91 C594.
