Job summary

Martin Brower UK and Ireland is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Dublin to support the picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders in a multi-temperature FMCG environment. This is a full-time permanent night shift role requiring physical work and strict adherence to Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.

You will operate hand-held and warehouse equipment, maintain stock levels, and collaborate with Supervisors to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers.

• Experience with MHE operation within date reach or counterbalance license.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

• To pick and pack orders correctly and efficiently.
• Check picked orders for accuracy and report issues to Supervisor.
• Unload/strip-out vehicles in preparation for loading, reporting damages as per process.
• Keep the work area clean and tidy; follow clean-as-you-go policy.
• Maintain high levels of food safety and health & safety standards.
• Ensure pick faces are safe and stock levels are correct.
• Operate manual handling and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with Supervisors to coordinate activities.
• Work in a multi-temperature environment.
• Check in and store items correctly and securely to avoid damage.
• Ensure stock rotation is performed daily.

Position Summary:

• To ensure that stock rotation is completed on a daily basis
