Job summary

Martin Brower in Dublin is seeking a Warehouse Operative for a permanent night shift. You will be responsible for picking, packing and despatching orders in a multi-temperature FMCG environment to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

The role requires a hands-on, teamwork-driven approach, strong attention to safety, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced operation while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a physically demanding FMCG environment.
• MHE operation experience with reach truck or counterbalance license.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing demands; strong H&S awareness.
• Calm under pressure; a proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• To pick and pack orders correctly and efficiently.
• Check picked orders for accuracy and advise the Supervisor of any issues.
• Unload/Strip-out vehicles in preparation for loading and/or servicing, reporting damages as per company process.
• To keep the work area clean and tidy, operating a clean as you go policy.
• To maintain high levels of Food Safety and Health and Safety standards.
• Ensure pick faces are kept safe and maintain correct stock levels.
• Operate all manual handling and Warehouse resources safely, effectively and efficiently.
• To be communicative with all Supervisors.
• To work in a multi temperature environment.
• To check in and store all items correctly and securely to avoid damage and any Health and Safety issues.
• To ensure that stock rotation is completed on a daily basis.

• Experience working in a physically demanding FMCG environment
• Experience of MHE operation within date reach or counterbalance license
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes to meet the demands placed on PCC by our customers
