Job summary

The Martin-Brower Co. in Dublin is seeking a Warehouse Operative for a permanent night shift to support picking, packing and despatch of customer orders in a multi-temperature FMCG environment.

You will work as part of a fast-paced team, ensuring stock accuracy, safe operation of MHE with reach/counterbalance licenses, and adherence to food safety and health and safety standards. This role offers steady nights, full-time stability, and the opportunity to develop skills within a global logistics

Qualifications

• Experience in a physically demanding FMCG environment.
• MHE operation experience with reach or counterbalance license.
• Able to be flexible and adapt to changing demands.
• Calm under pressure; strong H&S awareness.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Check picked orders for accuracy and report issues to Supervisor.
• Unload/Strip-out vehicles in preparation for loading and/or servicing; report damages.
• Keep the work area clean and tidy; follow clean as you go policy.
• Maintain high levels of Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.
• Ensure pick faces are kept safe and stock levels correct.
• Operate all manual handling and warehouse resources safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with Supervisors.
• Work in a multi-temperature environment.
• Store all items correctly and securely to avoid damage and health/safety issues.
• Ensure stock rotation is completed daily.
