TCP Homecare in Dublin is seeking a Warehouse Operative to manage daily warehouse tasks and ensure GDP compliance. The role may include back-up driving duties to deliver medical products to customers and pharmacies.

Role:
The Primary Role of the Warehouse Operative is to conduct all warehouse day to day activities in accordance with procedures thus ensuring the customer/client service level agreements are managed effectively.
As a bespoke, specialised pharmaceutical warehouse, we operate to the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and quality, requiring a strong attention to detail and adherence to regulatory requirements at all times.
You will also act as a back-up Logistics Van driver as required, transporting and delivering medical products directly to customers and community pharmacies in accordance with procedures..
Full-time role (Monday-Friday) on a Specified Purpose Contract for an estimated six-month period.
Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure all warehouse activities are completed to GDP standards
-Order picking & processing deliveries outward; checking & receiving goods inwards
-Tasked between picking wholesale orders and patient prescription orders
-Ensure dispatch traceability of all products (batch number certification)
-Responsible for the general cleaning & upkeep of stores and refrigerators
-Liaise and effectively communicate with all relevant personnel associated with the customer/patient/client service.
-Stock Counts - participate in cycle counts and short dated stock checks
-Adhere to TCP's Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe working environment
-GDPR - always maintain customer and patient confidentiality.
-Participate in all TCP training, ensuring regular review of training record on the company training management system TCP Academy
-Assist in ensuring that the quality systems are implemented and maintained within TCP Homecare
-Always represents self in a professional and ethical manner, complying with all applicable company policy and procedures.
-Act as a backup driver in case of emergency deliveries or supplier collections or short-term cover for Van Representative (full licence only)
Accuracy and attention to detail required with ability to work under pressure
Good PC and WMS systems knowledge
Hard working and enthusiastic
A good team player, with reliability and flexibility key requirements
Previous experience of working in a Good Distribution Practice (GDP) environment
Willingness to learn, working side by side with professional team
