Job summary

Reliance Talent Solutions is recruiting a hands-on Senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead all warehouse, stock control and transport operations for a growing Irish chilled food manufacturer.

You will drive continuous improvement, develop the team, monitor performance and ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, with a salary in the 60–70k range plus KPI bonus.

Qualifications

• What You Bring: strong warehouse & logistics management experience.
• Leadership of people, stock, transport & customer service.
• FMCG / food / chilled experience highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high stock accuracy, rotation & traceability.
• Manage cycle counts, returns, damages & short shelf-life.
• Oversee transport, carriers & external storage.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team; manage rosters & performance.
• Report on service levels, accuracy, productivity, labour & costs.
• Drive improvements across layout, processes, systems & efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality & H&S standards.

A growing Irish chilled food manufacturer is hiring a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead all warehouse, stock control and transport operations. This role combines daily operational leadership with continuous improvement, people development and performance management.
